Safety requirements: All passengers must comply with the safety requirements outlined by the tour operator. This includes wearing seat belts and following the tour guide's instructions at all times.

Medical conditions: Passengers are responsible for informing the tour operator of any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate in the tour. The tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who, in their judgment, is unable to safely participate in the tour.

Liability waiver: All passengers must sign a liability waiver before participating in the tour. The waiver acknowledges the inherent risks associated with Jeep tours and releases the tour operator and its employees from any liability for injury or damage sustained during the tour.

Age and weight restrictions: Passengers must meet any age or weight restrictions set by the tour operator. Children under a certain age or weight may be required to use a car seat or booster seat.

Refunds and cancellations: The tour operator may cancel or modify the tour at any time due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation, the tour operator will provide a full refund or the option to reschedule the tour. Passengers who cancel their reservation within a certain timeframe may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Intoxication: Passengers who are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs will not be allowed to participate in the tour. The tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who, in their judgment, appears to be under the influence.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, passengers acknowledge that they understand the risks associated with Jeep tours and agree to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the tour operator. These terms and conditions help ensure the safety and enjoyment of all passengers on the tour.

Conduct - Each Guest agrees that it shall comply with each of the following:

Weapons of any type and all items listed in the section below titled “Prohibited Items” are prohibited at the Property or during participation in any AJT Activity.

The use of illegal drugs is prohibited at the Property and at all times during participation in any AJT Activity.

Excessive consumption of alcohol is prohibited at the Properties and individuals showing signs of intoxication or any kind of substance impairment are prohibited at the Properties, each to be determined at the sole discretion of AJT.

​Conduct that is threatening, disorderly, “horseplay”, unruly, disruptive, profane, graphic, obscene, or in poor taste is prohibited. Any form of harassment (including verbal harassment or abuse or threatening remarks or actions) whether directed at Guests or personnel is prohibited.

Proper attire is required at the Properties at all times. Clothing or other articles with profane, graphic, or obscene words, phrases, or images are prohibited.

Loitering, panhandling, shoplifting, fighting, vandalism, and line cutting are prohibited at the Property.

Soliciting for commercial or charitable purposes or distributing advertisements, pamphlets, handbills, or flyers without the prior written consent of PJT is prohibited.

Commercial photography, videotaping, and recording of any kind is prohibited.
